When you transfer and you allow us to manage your home for rent or list it to sell.

We charge a flat $65 a month or 8% whichever is less to manage

We charge Military on orders just 4.75% to list their home. All the services. nothing off the table.
When you transfer on orders. Looking to rent? If you prefer to work with just one agent from start to finish vice calling every company in town, we are the only call you will need to make. We can send you listings,arrange the showings,open the door and show you where you need to apply. This is by appointment, so call us to get started.
Looking to buy a home? Not only will we make sure you are taken care of during the whole buying process, we will take care of you when its finished. Starting May 12th 2012. We will rekey/relock all entry doors in the home you buy. Its on us for you doing what you do.
A note to those that are transfering to NSB Kings Bay. We help alot of people buy and sell their homes but we take alot of pride in helping the military. I retired from the Navy after 20 and Tara did 15. We understand what it takes to move the kids every 3 or so years. We want you to know that we are here to help.
