The selection of a good Lender is the most important step in the whole process. If you find a great house and the seller pays towards your closing, the last thing you will want to see are big lender fees that use most of the sellers contribution.
Below I have taken the liberty of suggesting a few names to help you. I only recommend those lenders that have a track record of treating my Clients fairly and honestly.
Before you see the first house, have a pre-approval and a minimum of 3 Good Faith Estimates. By doing so, you can be assured you are searching in the correct price range and have a reasonable idea of what the loan will cost. Give me a call if you have questions.
