Our new management rates for 2011 are as follows

For transfering military (Active/Reserves), retired Vets and Seniors, we are offering a flat monthly management fee of $65 or 8% of rent whichever is less. Thats right, whichever saves you more!!! *minimum fee is $50
All other homes, the fee is $75 or 8% whichever is less.
- We offer 4 inspections during a 12 month lease.
- We provide a video move in for your records
- We advertise our rentals on GAMLS, where they are syndicated to dozens of national and international websites like Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com. We market via 3 local websites (We have 2 of the highest ranking Realtor sites in the area) and in NSB Kings Bay's base housing office online (AHRN). Your home won't sit long with WOWza on the job.
- You won't pay a dime until we rent your home and the rent starts to roll in.
Here is some really exciting news that will benefit our owners and military renters. WOWza Realty has its very own Military Appreciation Program. Our way of saying thanks. Military members that apply to rent one of our rentals will be required to apply in the normal fashion with references and a credit check. However, we will not charge an application fee and they receive a 25% break on the security deposit for the home. What better way to say thank you to our military families than to help them in a stressful time - moving to a new duty station.
